The Junior and Senior members of Ann Brodie’s CAROLINA BALLET take the stage at the CMFA Artspace to present an evening where the romantic paintings of Edgar Degas come to life in a series of short vignettes which interpret, in music and dance, many of the painter’s most iconic images of dancers in their studio training under the stern tutelage of the ballet master. This wonderful work is set in the sweeping and nostalgic beauty of the French ballet world of the 19th century. This production is under the direction of Artistic Director Mimi Worrell.
Seating is limited and reservations are encouraged.
